Maintenance Tip: To keep our human hair extensions in top condition, mix water with curl-defining conditioner in a spray bottle. Spray liberally on the hair, gently separate the braids with your hands while wet, and allow them to air dry.

Shipping and returns

Orders placed before 12 noon GST will ship the same business day, excluding holidays and sale periods. Orders placed between 12 noon and 8 PM will qualify for next-day shipping. Please note that all orders containing hair extensions require a signature upon delivery.

Return Policy:

My Haire offers returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided your order remains in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, products must not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
