At My Haire, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While we do not offer cash or credit card refunds, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return process, please email us at hello@myhaire.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product(s) in their original condition
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must remain unused and in original condition
  • Hair must not be untied, washed, colored, brushed, finger-combed, or tampered with
  • Wigs and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

Once approved, you must ship your items within 14 days and share the tracking number with us via email. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued within 1–3 business days of receiving your return

Credit will be emailed to the address used at checkout

It can be used on any future purchase and does not expire for 1 year.

It is valid with sales and promotional offers

Store credit will be issued for the amount paid, excluding the original shipping cost

Final Sale Items

Wigs: Due to hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final

Sale/Promotional Orders: All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit

Discount codes are one-time use only and cannot be re-applied to future purchases
