    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    No, we do not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes, we deliver to all areas covered by our shipping partners. For international orders, we ship with DHL, and for deliveries within the UAE, UK and Nigeria, we use a trusted local courier. If your area is serviced by these couriers, we’ll deliver to your location.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    We offer same-day delivery within Dubai on orders placed before 11am GST and next-day delivery to other Emirates for orders placed before 5pm GST. For international orders, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days via DHL, depending on your location.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    All orders with hair extensions require a signature upon delivery, unless alternative delivery instructions are clearly provided at checkout.
